Which application versions are supported by EasySIGN Compatibility?

This article is for EasySIGN users and administrators who want to check which Corel and Adobe application versions are supported by EasySIGN Compatibility.

Summary

EasySIGN Compatibility supports selected versions of:

• CorelDRAW

• Corel PHOTO-PAINT

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

Support depends on the EasySIGN architecture that is installed:

• EasySIGN 64-bit

• EasySIGN 32-bit

Install the supported Corel or Adobe application before installing or updating EasySIGN. During installation, EasySIGN detects the supported applications installed on the computer and installs the corresponding Compatibility components.

1. EasySIGN 64-bit compatibility

The following application versions are supported by EasySIGN 64-bit Compatibility.

CorelDRAW

Corel PHOTO-PAINT

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

2. EasySIGN 32-bit compatibility

The following application versions are supported by EasySIGN 32-bit Compatibility.

CorelDRAW

Corel PHOTO-PAINT

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

3. Installation requirements

For EasySIGN Compatibility to be installed correctly:

1. Install the supported Corel or Adobe application first.
2. Install or update EasySIGN after the supported application is already installed.
3. During installation, EasySIGN detects the supported applications installed on the computer.
4. EasySIGN then installs the corresponding Compatibility components.
5. When both 32-bit and 64-bit software versions are available, use the EasySIGN version that corresponds with the architecture required by the installed application.

If a supported Corel or Adobe application is installed, reinstalled, updated, or repaired after EasySIGN, run the EasySIGN installation again so the Compatibility components can be installed or updated.

4. Compatibility option is missing

If the EasySIGN Compatibility option is missing:

1. Verify that the installed Corel or Adobe application version is included in the supported version list in this article.
2. Make sure the Corel or Adobe application was installed before EasySIGN.
3. Install the latest EasySIGN update or run the EasySIGN installation again.
4. Select the required Compatibility component during installation, when this option is shown.
5. Restart the Corel or Adobe application after installation.
6. Test the EasySIGN Compatibility function again.

6. Notes and limitations

• EasySIGN Compatibility support depends on the EasySIGN architecture: EasySIGN 64-bit or EasySIGN 32-bit.

• The installed Corel or Adobe application must be a supported version.

• The supported Corel or Adobe application should be installed before installing or updating EasySIGN.

• EasySIGN installs Compatibility components only for supported applications detected during installation.

• Compatibility support means that EasySIGN can install and use the EasySIGN Compatibility component for the listed application versions. It does not replace the system requirements or support policy of Corel or Adobe.

• If a supported application is installed or changed after EasySIGN, run the EasySIGN installation again.

• Do not assume that unsupported Corel or Adobe versions will work with EasySIGN Compatibility.

• Do not mix EasySIGN 32-bit and EasySIGN 64-bit Compatibility expectations. Use the version that matches the required architecture.
